What to Expect:
Once your appointment is booked, you are responsible for the
appointment. When you have a session with me, I will be spending an hour with you. Please have yourself in a quiet, private place so you can take full advantage of the deep meditative experience.

Every session is unique and different. I will intuitively look at your energetic space. It will show me information about you, your life, your choices, and/or your body. As you begin to converse with me about the topics that you are concerned about, I will hold space and assist you in making adjustments to your energetic patterns. Sometimes you can feel these subtle adjustments. More importantly, you will have awareness and insights on how you have been creating your life: what is stuck, what is moving and flowing.

Working with me is an intense experience. Changes are happening even if you are not feeling any physical changes during a session. After the session, it is helpful to give yourself some time to process. Take a walk in nature or have a quiet hour to write, meditate, or simply observe your thoughts and feelings. I recommend an epsom salt bath, if you experience intense, uncomfortable release.

Payment Options:
Payment is due at the time you schedule your appointment and must be paid to secure your slot. I accept cash, US checks, Venmo, and bank transfer. There is a small surcharge for international transactions. I reserve the right to charge a fee if a check is returned with insufficient funds.
48-Hour Rescheduling/Cancellation/No Show:
The time is reserved for you. Please provide 48 hours advance notice if you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, so that your spot can be filled. I am working with your spirit and your energy fields pre-session. If you give less than 48 hours notice, the full session fee will be charged for the missed spot. No show will require a payment of 100% and if you do not show up for your appointment within the first 15 min it will be recorded as no show.
